Going along

Who is this?

As my pending birthday is a day away, I have lots of thoughts running through this tiny brain of mine. I wonder where all the time has gone? Just yesterday I was 25, maybe 29. Have I done enough with my life? What do I need to accomplish? Is there really a plan God has for me? Is there something I am missing. No I don't mean more kids, I think 3 is enough. Although when I was young I never wanted any children. Funny isn't it? God decided I needed 3. Of course they mean the world to me. I can't imagine not having them. Well...maybe when they are driving me nuts, which seams that it is all the time. My mind tells me this to shall pass, then on to the next stage of life. Then we get to the next stage we wish we were back in the last one. hahaha My mother said she survived so will I. I have to laugh when I look back at all the troubles I caused my momma and Daddy. They did put up with alot. It is a miracle they don't have grayier hair by now. I guess what goes around comes back to bite me in the bottom. Life is great our family has been through some tough times and really wonderful amazing ones. I am looking forward to what God had in store for us this next year. I am looking ahead to the next great adventure. I love adventure, change, I love being on the go go go. I like being busy. It fills my soul with purpose and gives me strength. Lazy days come often around here, sometimes sticking to me too much. I get to the point of not wanting to get out of my PJ's. has anyone had days like that?

New Chapter in life

We now have Gavin full time. What a blessing, it has taken a year to get him down here. Alot of tears, sweat and money. He is continuing playing clarinet in the band. The school had to change around his schedule to accomidate band which means he was kicked out of P.E. had had to go into athletics. In other words he has to play football now. I think this will do him a wolrd of good. Trying something new and very different from his norm, also a chance to make great friends.

At the end of this trip little Lou lou got sick. The Doctors think maybe she got Ecoli from the water. She was sick for 2 weeks before they figured out what was wrong with her. A scary time. She wouyldn't eat and lost alot of weight. She can't afford to loose weight either, she is so tiny. All is well now.

Wonderful times

What an exciting summer it has been. Loved having my parents come visit and see our new place. The kids and I traveled to Idaho for a fun filled 4 weeks.
We have registered gavin for school here. What a neat school he will be going to. There is no text books, everything is done on line. No back packs or school supplies needed. Cool beans.
We are all getting adjusted to our new surroundings. Well...mostly Gavin. He has to get use to the way we live here, It is very different than his dads house. He seems to enjoy it very much.

Firestone 550

Matt and I got the opportunity to go to the Firestone 550k this past wekend. Our subdivision has a website where you can sell stuff, kinda of like craigslist for the nieghborhood. neat stuff. I found the tickets for free on there. It was awesome! I have never been to a car race before. These were the Indy cars.

matt and I saw Robby Kanevel jump over 5 ambulances, 1 firetruck, 5 ems cars. It was amazing. So much fun. After the races Matt and I went into the pits and garges.
Matt is going to drive one og the indy cars, not.
I am standing in the pits. The was a neat experience. Matt made great freinds the man that sat behind us. He gets tickets to all kinds of events and ends up giving them away free to people, because nobody want to go with him. Matt told him we would go to anything.

My weekend started on Thursday!

Texas Rangers vs. Baltimore Orioles

On ther spur of the moment Matt and I decided to go to a baseball game with the girls. It was so much fun. A little challenging fo a couple of reasons. 1. We did not have dinner before we left, which made choosing a low point food at a ball park nearly immpossible. I managed pretty good, actually Matty thought a hot dog was the best option, since everything else was fried. Thank you honey! 2. the loud speaker freaked Izzy out. She was screaming and shaking because of the noise. I eneded up walking around most of the time to calm her dowm. 3. Sami was constipated, which ended the night with a big mess in her pants. All in all though a great time. I love watching baseball, and all wh really know me that is amazing. Watching sports not really my thing.
Sami now wants to play softball. good deal.
Matty caught the last foul ball of the night. What a great ending to the night.

Friday we decided to go toanother baseball game. Rangers vs. Cubs. This game was alot slower than tthprevios nights game. This time we had a babysitter for the girls. A great date night for Matt and I. Although we were so tired fright before that we left bottom of the 7th ining. We are getting old. HAHa

Then Saturday we were invited over to a friends house. We had a great time. Jill and Tom also came.

With all this excitment going on for the last 3 days, tuesday weigh in might not be very good. I would not change a thing, whatever the scale shows. I am here to live. I am deticated to losing weight to become healthy. Be more active with my kids, be around for my husband and feel good about myself!

Skype fun

Last night was alot of fun. Chelsea, my niece, called me on skype because my other sis Angie was comig over to play taboo. It was Joshy, my nephew, his girlfriend Rondell, Chelsea and my two sisters. The all played musical chairs when it was there time to get us to guess. That way I could see them on the computer, if they were making hand gestures. Something was wrong wth their computer because they couldn't see me. What an invention! Computers and skype. I felt part of the family, in on the fun. More game nights are to come. Yeah!!!!

I am still not done

We are back to the same old things. Although after today BSF is done until September, when we will start our study on Issiah. Look forward to that. Went to WW yestrday and lost another pound. Yeah Slowly but surely it will melt off. HAHA I am watching the Devil Wears Prada, again, for the third time since I got home. I now know how Iwould like to dress whenI reach gaol weight. I just addore all those styles she is wearing. Now everyone knows me that jeans and a polo is my thing, so I will really will be turning myself inside out to accomplish this. I feel this is something I have to do, I am not sure why. Maybe I need a transformation, maybe I am already going through midlife crisis, nay. I can not possibly be mid way through my life. I can not imagine spending hundreds of dallors on designer clothing. So I guess I will have to buy nock offs or settle for less expensive stores. Well enough about my pipe dreams. Here is so more pictures from my trip to Idaho.

My two sisters and I went to see Sugarland on hursday night. It was so awesome! Danny Gokey from American Idol was an opening act, plus one other gal.

Alyshia Gamble has the same tatoo as Sugarland.
On Friday evening I had permanent makeup done on my eyes. Oh boy what an experience that was. I had to fly home the next day. I looked like I had been crying all night. I was funny looking.

More fun stuff

Sami dancing at Nana's ranch.

Cousins reunited again. Aren't they cute? Sami says Lulu is her best friend. It was very cute to see them together.
My sister put me to work when I was there changing out her shower head. My nephew Joshy, Niece Chelsea and Rondell.

Izzy is taking a bath in Papa's bath tub. Yes you heard right. This pink cast iron bath tub belongs to my Dad. He was given all his baths in there when he was just a wee little one. My mother keeps the tub up at their cabin in New Meadows.
Hops fields on way to the cabin.

I'm Back!

It has been a couple weeks since I  updated the world on the going ons of the the Texas Rinard Clan. Here are a few exciting events......

Sami, Izzy and I went to Blueberries frozen yogurt on Friday night before we flew out  Idaho. It was fabulous, the place has bright colors, fun furniture and great yogurt.
Mom and Dad Rinard was very gracious in booking us a room at the Garden Hilton. A great place to relax in such a sorrowful time. The funeral of little Johnny was beautiful. We had time to say goodbye. I was amazed by the love Gavin had for little Johnny. He did not have a chance to see him, which he greatly wanted to say goodbye. What really amazed me was Gavin faith. He first questioned why his life was so short, because maybe he could have brought alot of people to chirst, but then came up with that maybe Johnny had to have a short life to enable to bring the people God had choosen to him. So out of all this Gavin faith has become stronger and is happy to know he will someday meet that extradianry boy.
The hotel had a pool. We took the opportunity to go swimming. Sami, for the first time, jumped from the side of the pool with out holding onto someones hands. Yeah!! Izzy slept te whol tie in her carseat.

On Sunday April 25th, Matty's birthday, we went to Marie Calendars with our good friends Candace and Mike. Good times good memories. Mike rented a room from us for 8 months.
Matty's birthday brownies from his Momma
Emma caught a fish!

This has only recapped the first few days in Idaho, more to come.
