Going along

Who is this?

As my pending birthday is a day away, I have lots of thoughts running through this tiny brain of mine. I wonder where all the time has gone? Just yesterday I was 25, maybe 29. Have I done enough with my life? What do I need to accomplish? Is there really a plan God has for me? Is there something I am missing. No I don't mean more kids, I think 3 is enough. Although when I was young I never wanted any children. Funny isn't it? God decided I needed 3. Of course they mean the world to me. I can't imagine not having them. Well...maybe when they are driving me nuts, which seams that it is all the time. My mind tells me this to shall pass, then on to the next stage of life. Then we get to the next stage we wish we were back in the last one. hahaha My mother said she survived so will I. I have to laugh when I look back at all the troubles I caused my momma and Daddy. They did put up with alot. It is a miracle they don't have grayier hair by now. I guess what goes around comes back to bite me in the bottom. Life is great our family has been through some tough times and really wonderful amazing ones. I am looking forward to what God had in store for us this next year. I am looking ahead to the next great adventure. I love adventure, change, I love being on the go go go. I like being busy. It fills my soul with purpose and gives me strength. Lazy days come often around here, sometimes sticking to me too much. I get to the point of not wanting to get out of my PJ's. has anyone had days like that?

New Chapter in life

We now have Gavin full time. What a blessing, it has taken a year to get him down here. Alot of tears, sweat and money. He is continuing playing clarinet in the band. The school had to change around his schedule to accomidate band which means he was kicked out of P.E. had had to go into athletics. In other words he has to play football now. I think this will do him a wolrd of good. Trying something new and very different from his norm, also a chance to make great friends.

Angie and Derek took us out on their boat in lake Lowell. Debbie Dereks mom went, also my brother Travis and his boy Haydn, along with Angies kids, Jed, Hunter, and LouLou and of course Gavin, Sami and I. We had a blast tubing, talking, laughing and snacking. At the end of this trip little Lou lou got sick. The Doctors think maybe she got Ecoli from the water. She was sick for 2 weeks before they figured out what was wrong with her. A scary time. She wouyldn't eat and lost alot of weight. She can't afford to loose weight either, she is so tiny. All is well now.

Wonderful times

What an exciting summer it has been. Loved having my parents come visit and see our new place. The kids and I traveled to Idaho for a fun filled 4 weeks.
We have registered gavin for school here. What a neat school he will be going to. There is no text books, everything is done on line. No back packs or school supplies needed. Cool beans.
We are all getting adjusted to our new surroundings. Well...mostly Gavin. He has to get use to the way we live here, It is very different than his dads house. He seems to enjoy it very much.

Firestone 550

Matt and I got the opportunity to go to the Firestone 550k this past wekend. Our subdivision has a website where you can sell stuff, kinda of like craigslist for the nieghborhood. neat stuff. I found the tickets for free on there. It was awesome! I have never been to a car race before. These were the Indy cars.

matt and I saw Robby Kanevel jump over 5 ambulances, 1 firetruck, 5 ems cars. It was amazing. So much fun. After the races Matt and I went into the pits and garges.
Matt is going to drive one og the indy cars, not.
I am standing in the pits. The was a neat experience. Matt made great freinds the man that sat behind us. He gets tickets to all kinds of events and ends up giving them away free to people, because nobody want to go with him. Matt told him we would go to anything.
